How far in advance do I need to order?

Large custom cake orders often book out up to 4-6 weeks in advance. It is really important to secure your order with a 50% deposit as soon as possible to avoid missing out. Cupcakes I can do with only a few days notice.

How much will my cake cost?

How do I transport my cake/cupcakes?

When carrying your cake/cupcakes keep it level at all times. Keep your car air conditioned and avoid placing your cake/cupcakes in a spot in direct sunlight. Ensure you have a flat surface in your car for transport (floor, boot). If you are travelling with your cake after you take it home, keep it refrigerated so the cake will be nice and firm for travel.

Should I store the cake in the fridge?

Cakes are best served at room temperature. The cake should be refrigerated but taken out up to 1-2 hrs before serving. Always keep cakes away from direct sunlight. Store leftover cake in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. Leftover cake can be frozen.

When/How do we pay for the cake?

All orders require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remainder of the balance is to be paid 3 days prior to picking up the order.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you would no longer like to go ahead with your order, your deposit will be transferred to a credit as long as 48 hours notice has been provided. You have the option to postpone or cancel this order. Any personalised toppers or preordered decorations that can not be reused will be deducted from your credit. This credit can be used on any future order/s, and has an expiry date of 2 years from the original date booked.

What items do you offer?

Buttercream Cakes + Cupcakes (Gluten Free + Dairy Free available, minimum purchase of 12 cupcakes/24 mini cupcakes), Brownies + Brownie Slabs, Number Cakes, Chunky Cookies and slices.

Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver. We charge 75c per kilometre round trip. If we are required to set the cake up at a venue to complete the cake an additional fee from $35 will be charged.
